My ClinicOS Story
What characterized AVA Medical from the very beginning was its aspiration to combine prevention, root cause analysis, and modern internal medicine. However, as the practice grew, so did the administrative requirements. Documentation, medical letters, phone calls, and billing ran through various programs that did not communicate with each other. A lot of information had to be entered twice or transferred manually – time that should actually belong to the patients.
