My ClinicOS Story
Dr. Andreas Pullig is a specialist in urology and general medicine and now works almost exclusively in functional medicine. He runs the practice together with his wife, Dr. Carmen Pullig.
A system that was constantly patched up
His previous practice management system was a system that has been on the market for decades — with an old core to which more and more modules were added over the years. At some point, it no longer fit together: functions were no longer supported, additional purchases were necessary, and the benefit was disproportionate to what he had paid for it.
“The core is old, and then something is always cobbled onto it. A new module, another module — and in the end, it doesn't fit together anymore.”
Just a laptop — and the whole practice inside
Today, there is practically nothing left in his treatment room except a laptop. From there, he cares for patients in the practice or online with a single click. When it comes to data security, he sees the standard as fully met — and the responsibility placed where it belongs.
“This quality in the patient relationship is what pleases me the most.”
What makes the biggest difference is the documentation: it is complete and traceable later. As a result, he works more intensively with his patients because he can follow the conversation instead of writing notes during it.
“I just love that it is so simple. It is sleek — and yet like an iPhone: brilliant possibilities.”
Conclusion
What is already running well today is running well. And what is not yet ready is on the way — he notices this by the fact that functions discussed beforehand are regularly delivered. In conversation, you can tell that the people behind it know what they are talking about: they built it themselves.
“If I have a problem, the response comes incredibly quickly.”
The future of practice software begins here
Dr. Andreas Pullig, a specialist in urology and general medicine, works almost exclusively in functional medicine today and runs the practice together with his wife, Dr. Carmen Pullig. After his previous practice management system became increasingly cluttered, limited, and expensive due to an outdated core and more and more add-on modules, he now relies on ClinicOS as the central solution for his practice. With just a laptop, he can care for patients on-site or online, while the complete and traceable documentation allows him to focus more on the patient consultation instead of taking notes during it. He particularly appreciates the simple operation combined with versatile possibilities, as well as the continuous development of ClinicOS, where regularly discussed functions are implemented.
