My ClinicOS Story

As a specialized bone density center with a telemedicine workflow, Dexa Life had specific requirements that no practice management system in Switzerland could meet. ClinicOS changed that.

Today, the entire patient journey runs digitally through ClinicOS: patients book online, complete the medical history in advance, and receive their report via the patient portal. The measurement data from the Dexa scan flow into the system at the push of a button — without paper, without manual transfer. The AI-assisted physician letter feature creates the report in under two minutes.

Without this automation, an economically viable operation would not be possible — the device would be nothing more than a standalone solution with a paper-based workflow.

The team especially highlights the collaboration with ClinicOS: individual requirements — such as the automatic transfer of scan data into the report — were implemented in the shortest possible time. Support is available around the clock, even late in the evening when telemedical reporting is underway. A level of flexibility the team has not experienced with any other provider.
