In older programs, you had a fairly fixed form in which you could enter information. Checklists could not be customized individually, and the whole system was rigid. With ClinicOS, the application is streamlined and self-explanatory.

What I particularly appreciate is that certain documentation workflows and chains can be standardized. That makes clinical workflows much faster — because as a physician, you have many common, uncomplicated conditions that you treat with just a handful of therapies. In the past, for a prescription with three medications, I had to enter each one individually. Now I have that stored as a standard template — that is an enormous improvement in efficiency.

In addition, we can now scan physician letters and transfer them fully automatically into the patient record. In the past, I entered 20 diagnoses by hand — that is no longer necessary. There is also an AI-based search tool that I can use to look up rare questions.

Overall, I save 25 percent of the time in patient management. And if I no longer had ClinicOS, I would miss the automation and standardized workflows. I no longer want to spend time manually entering findings.
