My ClinicOS Story

Before ClinicOS, we used numerous programs in parallel — each an isolated solution. The result: constant copying back and forth, copy-paste processes, and an enormous amount of wasted time. The systems were old, AI was not possible, and the administrative effort was so great that we could hardly practice medicine. I had to neglect my family due to the many hours of overtime.

The worst part was the telephone. When we couldn't answer, patients were dissatisfied — and in a private practice, that is how you lose them. And the dictation: I wanted to focus on the patient, to be able to listen, not type distractedly on the screen.

Since ClinicOS, the staff ratio in our practice has completely reversed: we are three internists with only one medical assistant (MFA) — normally you need at least one MFA per internist plus a secretary. Our MFA does what she was trained to do: medical activities. The AI handles the phone calls, medical reports are created automatically, the receptionist is AI-generated, and documents are scanned instead of being typed.

I work less overtime. I have more time for my private life, for my family. And in the practice, I can now treat 40 to 50 patients in the same amount of time I used to treat ten — because the AI listens during the consultation, categorizes everything, creates prescriptions, generates reports, and prepares the billing. When the patient leaves the room, I don't have to do any follow-up work.

Dr. Taleh sees ClinicOS as the first truly AI-native solution for daily medical work in Germany. His favorite features: the GOÄ billing assistant, which detects duplicate codes, flags exclusions, and suggests services he wasn't aware of — and the medical report feature, which summarizes multi-page assessments and findings.
