For over 20 years, we used an old practice management system that worked well — but was not future-proof. The system was closed, on a local server. I couldn’t even send my patients an email. In the end, we were almost back to relying on fax. Broken workflows, unnecessary work for the team — under today’s conditions, that was simply a no-go.

Then we switched to a more modern system. It was a disaster: so many problems that we ended up with only half of our revenue. Support was unavailable, and the system was inflexible. After just three months, we decided to switch again — and came to ClinicOS.

It was like night and day. At ClinicOS, I have a WhatsApp group where questions are answered in the shortest possible time. As part of onboarding, we had close contact with the entire team. And when I have a specific requirement, I get a valid answer: “We can implement that, or we can implement part of it.” The answer “We can’t do that” has not come up once so far.

The complete process chains are fantastic: from appointment booking to documentation to billing — everything is preconfigured. And with AI, I save 25 percent of the time on patient-related processes. That gives me more time to engage in the patient conversation and interact properly. I’m no longer distracted by the software.
