My ClinicOS Story

What started as a solo practice is now an interdisciplinary team of physicians, sports scientists, and osteopaths. This size comes at a price if the software does not grow with it: data chaos between different tools, missing interfaces to the ultrasound devices, paper-based patient questionnaires, an external online calendar. And above all: a lot of work that still had to be done after the patient consultation.

Three observations from the team

In conversation with the team, three things stand out. First, the AI consultation assistant automatically documents the patient consultation and distinguishes between medical history, findings, and diagnosis.

Small talk — for example, when the doctor briefly chats with the patient about their vacation — is filtered out.

Second, the process chains trigger documentation, billing, diagnosis, and follow-up appointment in one step, fully configurable to the practice's needs.

Third, patients complete their questionnaires digitally — at home, on the go on their phones, or on site on the iPad. This means that almost the entire history-taking time is eliminated in the waiting room.
