My ClinicOS Story

The situation before ClinicOS was difficult: We had just switched to a new program that caused us so many problems that we were only left with half our revenue. Billing did not work — only half of all invoices were actually sent out. The support was terrible, had no medical background, and we couldn’t implement anything we needed. That is no way to run a private practice.

Of course, there were doubts about whether ClinicOS would be the same story again. But after we were able to look at the software beforehand, it was clear: it could only get better.

Today the difference is enormous. The team atmosphere is better, the processes are much better, and day-to-day practice life is more pleasant. Especially when it comes to billing and documentation — the software is designed so that you can’t forget anything. That reduces the human error factor.

The AI doctor’s letters are my favorite feature: Before, it took 20 minutes per letter; now it is generated in seconds. Scaled up to 100 patients a month, that is a huge time saver. And support usually responds within half an hour.

The future of practice software starts here
