My ClinicOS Story
The initial situation before ClinicOS was difficult: We had just switched to a new program that caused us so many problems that we were only making half our previous revenue. Billing didn't work — only half of all invoices were actually sent. Support was abysmal, had no medical background, and we couldn't implement anything we needed. You can't run a private practice like that.
Of course, there were doubts about whether it would be the same with ClinicOS. But after we were able to preview the program, it was clear: it could only get better.
Today, the difference is enormous. The team morale is better, processes are significantly improved, and day-to-day practice operations are more pleasant. Especially with billing and documentation — the program is designed in such a way that you cannot forget anything. This reduces human error.
The AI-generated medical letters are my favorite feature: in the past, it took 20 minutes per letter, and now they are generated in seconds. Extrapolated to 100 patients a month, that is a huge time factor. And support usually responds within half an hour.

The future of practice software starts here
Pascal Iske brings the perspective of a young practice employee who closely accompanied the transition from the failed predecessor software to ClinicOS. For him, the difference is particularly noticeable in team morale, error reduction, and the enormous time savings with medical letters.
His advice: Anyone thinking about the future who wants to adopt AI should take the leap. ClinicOS is open to suggestions and is constantly evolving.
“It is definitely the right step if you are thinking about the future and want something with AI.”
