I know the frustration of old practice software firsthand — from the clinic and from general practice. Technical problems, no updates, the system was too slow, and when IT did come, it took days. The mood in the team was negative — all you could think was: here we go again.

If the system failed, we had to document on paper and enter everything later once it was running again. That cost an enormous amount of time and energy.

With ClinicOS, it is completely different. When it comes to documentation, there are no errors anymore. Scanning is the highlight for me: scan documents, the AI extracts all relevant data and automatically takes over the documentation. Creating patients, treatment agreements, infusions, injections — everything is fast and clean.

I save at least 15 to 20 minutes per patient. And the system is easy to use: if I can understand it, everyone can understand it — that’s what I always say.
