The old software was already cloud-based — but from a very small developer. What had worked in the first few years as a one-man practice reached its limits with every new doctor and every new procedure. Dr. Borgmann's favorite feature is the AI dictation assistant. It listens in on the patient consultation, documents it, and automatically differentiates between anamnesis, findings, and diagnosis.
